Sick Policy


If you or your children get sick with a contagious illness (i.e. the flu, a cold, pneumonia, chicken pox etc.) please call and reschedule your cleaning. Even though we disinfect your house, it is possible that we might transport germs to the next house or become sick ourselves. In order to be fair to all of our custome we prefer to wait until you are well again. On our end, we may call in sick as well to protect you and your family.

Alarm Systems & Keys


It's not necessary to be at home while we clean. If you have an alarm, make sure we have the key code so we can disarm it when we arrive, and set it again when we leave. We'll need to know where you keep your house keys as well. Make sure we have all the information necessary to clean your home as we do not want to arrive and not be able to do the job. We keep all information confidential and have a secured system for each set of keys given to us by our clients.



Life happens. At one point or another -- for whatever reason, we'll need to reschedule our cleaning. Communication is key. Call, text or email as soon as possible, no later than 24 hours before the appointment. We’ll do our best to reschedule your cleaning at the next earliest convenience. The same applies to us. All payments must be made at the time of services provided. If paying with cash, have the funds ready at time of arrival. Credit, debit & bank payments must be paid at the completion of the job.

Minimum Service Hours


We have a 2 hour minimum service policy. No matter how small or quick the task, we will give your home our undivided attention for at least 2 hours and will bill accordingly.



We provide our services to clients that live or work 25 miles from the 27620 Zip code area. After the first 20 miles, we charge the standard business mileage fee of .58 cents per additional mile.


Proper Ventilation & AC


We're moving around a lot as we clean your home. In order for us to work at our best , we ask that the AC be set to a comfortable working temperature and there's adequate air flow in the home.
